You wouldn't think that Yu-Gi-Oh! cards are something worth robbing someone at knife-point, and yet three individuals have just done it. Currently the Anaheim Police Department is searching for 3 suspects accused of robbing 2 victims in a car with a knife.
The victims had a backpack in the car which contained $850 dollars worth of Yu-Gi-Oh! cards. They then took the cards to a store where they sold them. The cards were later recovered, but the suspects are still at large.
The victims were just sitting in their car at Clara Barton Park in the 800 block of South Agate Street around 11:45P.M. on January 25th. Police are asking anyone with information.
According to the L.A. Times, "The department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspects, described as two Latinos between 20 and 25 years old. One is 6 feet to 6-feet-2 and 220 to 250 pounds, with black prescription glasses. The other was described as 5-feet-10 and 150 to 165 pounds; he was wearing a shirt that reads “UEI” in a surveillance video from the shop."
If you have any information on the whereabouts of these scumbags, a number is provided that you can call to Orange County Crime Stoppers at (855) TIP-OCCS. A video surveillance of the suspects can also be found at the link below if you think you can identify them. Any help would be appreciated by the police.
