Exercise and get into shape the Contra code way

Hey, who says the Konami code has to just be used only for cheats in games like Contra or Gradius, or simply used to making rainbows, unicorns, and dinosaurs wearing funny hats appear on popular sites? What if you found a way to use the famous code to lose weight and stay in shape?

Now I know what your saying to yourself, "does this have something to do with Dance Dance Revolution"? No, it does not, in fact far from it. You won't be using it as a dance routine, but rather as a means of motion when working out those flabby muscles of yours.

One person has devised a way to do just that, by taking the code and integrating it into a workout routine that involves the following:

Up, Up - two repetitions pull ups of body weight row, or dumb bell weight row

Down Down - two repetitions of push ups, any variation

Left Right Left Right - lunges with each leg for two repetitions

B - burpee, and you can jump at the beginning or end, your choice

A - air squat for one repetition

Repeat the routine as often as you want, and keep in mind, there are many variations you can try this if you like. 5 to 10 minutes or longer, you can mix the code up in different styles, or you can just try this during a commercial break if your watching foot ball. Anything will help in removing those love handles that just won't seem to go away.

Keep in mind not to over do it, and give yourself time to adjust as your muscles need time to recover. Building up those muscles takes a while, Konami code websites or not, but while your at it, check out the video below to get a better understanding of how it plays out.
