Teaser number 2 for Silent Hill Requiem hits the scene

December 12, 2014

For those of you who have been keeping up with progress on the new Silent Hill movie Requiem in production, you can get another healthy dose as trailer number 2 is now out for your viewing pleasure. Requiem is a top horror movie that will be based on the story of the first four Silent Hill games. Indeed, so you can expect to see some familiar faces in the mix such as Heather Mason, James Sunderland, and of course some of those creepy characters you've come to know and love like Robbie the Rabbit and much more.

Directed by Gareth Morgan of ZenithFilms, Requiem will be using the type of aesthetics that a film for Silent Hill should be known for. For anyone that had to sit through Revelations and was somewhat let down from the experience, you likely know what I mean by "aesthetics". It's all a matter of perspective, and Requiem will be demonstrating how a proper "game to movie" adaptation should be.

On another note, a 12 part web series is also on the horizon that will take place about 16 years after the story line of Requiem. Something to look forward to indeed. For those of you who want a more up front and personal experience with updates for the new movie, you can do so by simply following ZenithFilms on both Facebook and Tumblr respectively.

ZenithFilms can also be found via their official YouTube channel, where you can catch the latest video uploads and trailers for new movie releases. While your at it, you can show your love and support by sharing the above links with your friends and help get this project known to others. A simple act of sharing and communicating the cause is always appreciated and helpful. The filming is one thing, but the editing process takes a long time and takes a keen and patient mind to get everything just right for the audience.

Now onto the new trailer release, which I'm sure you will find delightful, and don't even have to be a Silent Hill fan to enjoy! You can also purchase merchandise based on the movie by visiting this link.

Want to know more about the movie? No problem as film director Gareth Morgan has put together a FAQ which should cover just about any question you may have. The FAQ also covers the future of new Silent Hill material being made, as there are plans in the works for a 12 part web series called "Lazarus", which will take place approximately 16 years after the events of Requiem. The fun doesn't stop here, and for the foreseeable future.
